The number of total database records is displayed along with the number of unneeded database records. Records that have been marked for deletion via user management normally comprise the unneeded number. If any unneeded records are displayed in the record count, they can be permanently deleted by optimizing the database files. |

Print management enables the selection of 11 print options. |
| Status
Library: |
Status library management enables you to specify up to five different in-out statuses to be used by your network users. |
| Comment

Comment library management enables you to specify up to ten check-out comments to be used by your network users. |

Contact library management enables you to specify up to ten check-out contacts to be used by your network users. |
| Activity
Log: |
The activity log keeps track of all user activities. The activity l0g may be erased in Database Management if its size becomes excessively large. |
| Import
User: |
User login names can be quickly imported from an ASCII text file. The text file should include only one entry per line with each line ending in a
carriage return. You will be prompted to enter a valid file name from which to import entries.
During import of user names from text files, the text file user name entry is transferred as both the login name and display name. Each imported entry will be checked to ensure that it is not a duplicate. |
