Frequently Asked Questions

QUESTION:	Why can't we get user and status images to display?
ANSWER:	Make sure that the Status and User URL's are correct under the Administration Menu->Setup->s. If using DNS in these URL's, try using IP Addresses instead.
QUESTION:	What causes an an Error While Closing a File message?
ANSWER:	Usually this means that one or more index files has become corrupted. From the Administration Menu, select Rebuild Index Files and all should then be fixed. Note that beginning with version 4.10 dated 04/06/2002, index files have been eliminated from NetStafTrakr5. Therefore, this error is now unlikely to occur in current NetStafTrakr5 versions.
