IIS4 accesses files via a Windows NT user account, therefore permissions
for files and directories must be set to allow access by this user
account. CGI executables utilize the IIS4 Internet Guest Account,
typically named IUSR_hostname, where hostname is the
name of your NT server.
The information below is an outline of IIS4 settings that normally work
well for x-OUT5. Note that you must have server administration rights
in order to perform installation and adminstration. IIS administration
functions are performed using Microsoft Management onsole
(inetmgr.exe).
